Weird NPCs that don't appear every playthrough?

I'm either very inattentive or there are some small NPCs that don't seem to appear every time or have unusual conditions for them to show up, have you guys seen those?

- Red Flea on the starting city, interactable, remarks that ENA looks dehydrated and asks you to drink more water
- Walking Tree on the desert, near Taski Maiden, over the ditch, seems to be mimicking her movements somewhat
- Jumping *Something* Inside the slightly creepy abandoned boat area, looks kinda a piece of meat, I can't tell what it is
- Walking Mannequin after the bridge is sometimes replaced by a different version that only walks on all fours

I saw the walking tree near Taski Maiden and also behind the guy stuck in the wall so he can appear in different places outside the map.

There's the Dancing Man during the Purge Event too, I think he's always there but he can change rooms between plays and has multiple different possible dances

I’m only now realizing on my first play through I talked to the big guy stuck in the house behind the town in the white area after I went to the genie but now that I’m looking for him he’s not here. He said something about a river, I don’t really remember the rest

Had this happen to me, I would think he'd be guaranteed to appear given his presence, surprised he isn't

Also noticed I had a watcher kid missing on the same scene, had one sitting near the mouth-gravestones watching the show a couple times before, not now, might not be random and instead related to helping the kid on the underground of the city though

And one more while going through the flowery water tunnel on the way to the broken genie found a massive amount of lost village citizens, pretty sure I had no entities there before

I have not seen any of these entities. I have played exclusively on Save 0, and have repeatedly deleted my .info file while retrying Sick Tricks.

Check if the condition for their appearance is the save file slot you’re playing on since that is a confirmed factor (the bus driver’s heads are cosmetically different and he gives different dialogue per file).

Sorry to say, but I'm confident that's inaccurate, same with people claiming taxi head is defined by the order you retrieve his head, I've had like 20 playthrrroughs at this point, like 15 of them on file 3, and I got to see all three heads, all while entering from the sleeve

They're so common to me I thought it'd be an anomaly to not have them
Its possible I didn't had them on my very first play but I wasn't sure if I just didn't notice, so didn't make a proper note of it

like the interactable one next to the interactable carboard cutouts? one that has the line about names being scratched out? theres also a non-interactable smaller one on the room before, I always saw them there on all my visits

I found Taski Maiden in the maze, while my friend (who is playing at the same time as me) did not.

No i meant before the mirror room on the outside of the boat had like 2 or 3 pink posters on both sides of the door you go into
