Freezing animations when talking to characters.

Maybe it's because I'm playing on a laptop, but does anyone have any idea why the animations will sometimes freeze up when I'm talking to characters, and if so, does anyone know how to fix it?

I dunno how to fix it, but I'm experiencing the same issue. fps will be fine until i start talking to someone, then it tanks and stays down even after the cutscene/dialogue is over. Meanwhile during said cutscene/dialogue, the background moves fine but characters and text freezes up while audio plays fine. Atp I'm just gonna wait until it gets fixed to play, if it even can get fixed.

Yeah, I hope it gets fixed soon, if it even is something up with the game.

i have this issue too, i made a thread about it without finding yours first oops. but this is really breaking my enjoyment of the game

Don't worry about it too much, I'm sure it'll get fixed soon as the game was just released after all.
