secret room in lost village

the 11th door on the right wall in lost village has a secret room, you have to knock on it a couple times before it lets you in but its a pretty plain room with an interactable painting, a big bed, an hourglass dog, and a whole lot of areas you cant get to. has anyone else found this or anything i missed?
