Random Moving Rock?

There is this random little rock near the Taski Maiden and Vending Machine that has physics when you run into it, allowing you to kick it around. It will also occasionally move on its own, twitching or jumping randomly. I haven't seen any other rocks like it yet and I have no idea if it means anything. I've tried pushing it around the map a bit, but it hasn't triggered anything as of yet.

Anyone have any ideas? Does it mean or do anything at all?

If you go left from the entrance then back there is a fallen building with an incomplete rock circle. Completing it will get you a supporter dog
