ENA: Dream BBQ Achivement Guide
Thank you everyone for your help discovering the achievements!
The completed Achievement Guide can be viewed there, but I'll leave this up as well.

Lonely Door:
Reach the end of the Chapter 1 and let the credits roll. Congratulations!

On A Night Like This:
Before completing the job "FOR THE ECONOMY" (finding the Taxi Driver's heads) and/or crushing the taxi in the Uncanny Valley, interact with the taxi in the main area. You'll be taken to a new area, interact with the man at the end and then exit through the interactable red door to unlock the achievement.

Knicky-Knocky:
Repeatedly knock on any interactable door(s) that cannot be opened until you unlock the achievement. There are plenty of doors that count towards this and knocking on different doors contribute towards the same goal. Ring-Rong-Run?

Blink and You'll Miss It:
This is a random-chance event that can occur in many locations, however this cannot happen if a menu is open. ENA might blink anytime during a playthrough and there'll be a visual effect, possibly activating this achievement. I didn't see anything though, so I guess I must've missed it.

Advanced Consumer Society:
Before completing the job "FOR THE ECONOMY" (finding the Taxi Driver's heads) and/or crushing the taxi in the Uncanny Valley, interact with the functional taxi in the main area. Instead of exiting through the interactable red door, go through the secret door you can find in an alley next to the roadblock. This teleports you to a maze. Successfully navigate through the maze to find a blue area that lets you drop down into the gift shop, unlocking the achievement. If you're a bit lost, view the Maze Map (by Rather be Napping).

Crone Operator:
While doing the job "HAVE YOU SEEN THIS WITCH?" in the Uncanny Valley, you'll play a crane minigame to move a witch. Complete this first try to unlock the achievement. If case of error, press escape before the witch goes offscreen so you can continue the same try. If the witch goes offscreen, a reattempt requires a new save. Solution: Left, Down, Right, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right

Please Don't Tap the Glass:
In the Hub after receiving the job "HELP NEEDED", check the area behind the Receptionist's desk and watch the blood-filled tank (for a few minutes) until the achievement unlocks. You may interact with the tank itself for bonus dialogue.

Razing the Roofs:
While you are in the Lost Village (area with huts and green and yellow characters pointing), interact with every hut EXCEPT the correct one to unlock the achievement. From where you enter the area, the hut you must avoid is 5 down the leftmost row.

Sick Tricks:
When you arrive at the Core (there's a giant portable toilet), you have to cross the river of light by jumping across the bamboo rafts in a single attempt to gain the achievement. You only have ONE CHANCE, if you fall down you are warped to another area, a reattempt requires a new save.

Weird Dog:
Once you go through the Lonely Door and are in the main area of the Uncanny Valley, after completing the job "LOOKING FOR A LIFE?! I KNOW THE RECIPE!" and acquiring the Humanboard, backtrack towards where you first entered this area. There are two ways to get where you need to go: 1) Follow the blood splatters that usually lead to a Pet on top of the ship area. To the right of the spot blocked off by a chain-link fence, enter the interactable door and navigate through it. 2) From the opposite side of the blood splatters, near the building while on the ground, find a patch of Fertile Soil and use the Humanboard and run across it. AFTER you're on top of the building, look for a nearby dirt structure with some bones (it's facing towards a building in the distance with a snake biting it). Dash and jump onto it, then use the Humanboard on the secret Fertile Soil (bone pile), dash across to the other roof then pet the snake to unlock the achievement.

Bad Samaritan:
When you first talk to the hoarder, a creature with a green jacket who typically gives you the job "KILL THAT MAN'S STARE" in the Uncanny Valley, do NOT revive them when you have the prompt. Wait (for several minutes) until they die, then you unlock the achievement. if you accidentally revive them, a reattempt requires a new save.

Patient Listener:
From where you enter the Lost Village (area with huts and green and yellow characters pointing), run into the 10th door on the left wall and you'll find a secret area with Nonkey Jong. You can also randomly run along the wall until you phase through that door. Talk to him until you exhaust his dialogue (this may take several minutes). After you're done speaking with him, the achievement unlocks. Was it really worth it?

Salesman's Delight:
At the start of a new playthrough, in the Red Outworld, proceed as usual until you reach the Blue Door (it looks like a bed) but don't interact with it. Make sure the bed's pillow is in front of you, turn 180° and walk right diagonally through the gap in a row of buildings. Instead of cutting through the next row, go to the building to the left of that second gap. You can jump and then crouch to get inside, then interact with the mannequin on the floor to unlock the achievement.

Candidate Review:
Speak to Coral Glasses at the Hub, she gives you her fax number (with a data matrix code). Decoding it gives you the numbers 7746837. Once entering the Lonely Door and reaching the Uncanny Valley, speak with Taski Maiden. Afterwards go indoors somewhere in this area, such as inside the ship where you first entered from, Shaman's tent, or the caves. Dial the number from the data matrix with your keyboard (if you hear input sfx it's working, if not try again), after the call goes through you unlock the achievement.

Well my clue is that you can jump out of the map but it's hard to find what you're looking for when I don't know what hole you got yourself into to see that in the first place
You mean the corridor with skull walls? You can get there through one of square holes near thegiant ear (entrance to the purge event party)
I know there's the hole that leads you in from one way, but it ends at a wall that you can barely look above to see an NPC and a barred doorway along with some other entrance to the same tunnel/cave. I wasn't able to find the other entrance despite going through several holes.

Also, a random note, but there's two holes near where the tower falls to block the path. If you climb inside the tower and jump into the lower hole, it'll teleport you to the slightly higher hole. I have no idea if this brings any benefit as I haven't seen any way to utilize being in the higher hole, but it was something I noticed while exploring the area.

for 'Candidate Review' you'd have to combine parts of a QR code placed in some dialogue to get a phone number, being 7746837 2543276 (only the first part should work)

Dial the number (you will hear dial tones while pressing your keyboard numbers consecutively) while inside the ship (around the gift shop entrance) after talking to Taski Maiden to have Coral answer, otherwise Phindol would answer instead.

at least, this is how I got it

I exhausted all dialogue with the Taski Maiden and then returned to the ship to try and call. I had to press my number keys multiple times before a dial tone could be heard when I pressed a number, but once I could hear a dial tone, typing in 7746837 gave me the achievement.

The 2543276 number gives you a phone call with a dolphin.

If you gamer jump outside of the map and then land on a tombstone you can jump into a hole but I goofed the jump 3 times and decided I was too tired to land it. But it exists, and you can do it. To be clear the moment you get out of the map there will be a tombstone with there on your left, it has a hole in front of it, you can make that jump. You can also get yourself stuck behind the crashed building trying to get into a hole.

Also someone more skilled than me might be able to use the gamer jumps to reach the hole the pink child hides in

The Candidate Review achievement is given by calling the Coral Glasses lady using the fax code she gives you when you first talk to her. It's a datamatrix code that, when scanned, gives the numbers "7746837". I spoke to the Taski Maiden, then went into the caves where you find the taxi drivers head, and input those numbers in using my numpad. Gave me the achievement. I don't think you need to go into the caves specifically, maybe just past a loading screen or after a certain amount of time.
I have now 100%ed this game (Chapter 1), looking forward to future chapters

SPOILERS! THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS I have massive ENA brainrot lul
Please let me know if you find specific achievement criteria, so I can test / complete the guide! Some info may be incomplete or inaccurate while this is being worked on. I'll leave this post in general discussions up, but here is My Achievement Guide (WIP) as well. Thank you!

Information is currently uncertain on this one. Check comments.

Lonely Door:

Sick Tricks:
In the room with the giant portable toilet, you have to cross the gap by jumping across the bamboo rafts. You only have ONE CHANCE, if you fall down you are warped to another area, a reattempt requires a new save. *Unconfirmed NOTE: May be bugged! See comments (will update once I complete this myself).

Bad Samaritan:
When you first talk to the 3D creature with a green jacket who typically gives you the job "KILL THAT MAN'S STARE", do NOT revive them when you have the dialogue prompt. Wait (for several minutes) until they die, then you unlock the achievement. if you accidentally revive them, a reattempt requires a new save.

Razing the Roofs:
When you are in the area with huts and green and yellow ghosts pointing you in different directions, visit the entrances to every hut EXCEPT the correct one. *Unconfirmed

Weird Dog:
Once you go through the Lonely Door and are in the main area, after completing the job "LOOKING FOR A LIFE?! I KNOW THE RECIPE!" and acquiring the "Humanboard", backtrack to the main building. Follow the blood splatters that usually lead to a pet on top of the rocky roof area. To the right of the spot blocked off by a chain-link fence, enter the interactable door and navigate through the building. Once on top, look for a nearby dirt structure with some bones (it's facing towards a building in the distance with a snake biting it). Dash and jump onto it, then use the Humanboard on the Fertile Soil (it's where the bones are), run across to the other roof then pet the snake to unlock the achievement.

Salesman's Delight:
At the start of a new playthrough, in the opening area with the dark buildings and red sky, proceed as usual until you reach the Blue Door (it's looks like a bed), but don't interact with it. Turn so the bed's pillow in front of you, and then walk forward on an angle to the right, cutting through one row of buildings. Before you cut through the next row, walk to the building furthest from you by that gap. You will see a low counter where you can jump and then crouch to get inside the building, then interact with the mannequin to unlock the achievement.

Candidate Review:
Unknown

Patient Listener:
When you are in the area with huts and green and yellow shadowy characters pointing you in different directions, run into the 9th door on the left wall and you'll find a secret area with Nonkey Jong. Talk to him until you exhaust his dialogue (this may take several minutes). After you are done speaking with him, the achievement will unlock. *Unconfirmed.

As many have said already, "Blink and You'll Miss It" is very obviously just a random event. I personally pretty much got it at the exact time I did Sick Trick (I was on the 2nd to last row of bamboo platforms, when ENA blinked, then I also finished the platforming to get "Sick Tricks")
"Candidate Review's" solution is also known, and should probably be updated in the guide as well.
Can confirm Razing the roofs. You have to knock all of the houses except for the correct one. Beginning from where the King thing is, not counting the first broken off road it's three rows down all the way to the left to avoid. The little guys point you there as well.

Can confirm, I tried a couple things with this one. What worked was talking to Taski Maiden, going through her dialogue, and then going through a loading screen to another area. After that the call went through. Doesn't seem to be tied to time or anything like that, just the Maiden dialogue and the loading screen after that

I know I got myself stuck behind the building once trying to get into whatever hole, but afaik it led nowhere. Also, what's this about the pink child? I'll try getting into the hole with the skull cave/tunnel and report back if/when I do.
Oh, so I went for one of the holes where you could jump from a tombstone and I only found the place for an hourglass dog that I already forgot I had lol. Gonna try to check other holes
I was able to go into one hole that the pink guy went into, but it just teleported me to another open hole that led to nowhere
crone operator is doing the crane game first try, just did it :needy_cat:
I'm pretty stumped on this one. I can still consistently reach the "preview" area, but I cannot find a single way into the other pathway that would actually allow you to interact with the NPC there. I have to presume that the golden door is what would lead to it, but since it's not openable, there must be another pathway in unless that secret spot is there exclusively to preview/tease an NPC

Testing candidate review, it seems like you can call the coral glasses lady any time after talking to the Taski Maiden as long as you aren't in the main area of the uncanny valley anymore. if you are in the ship, caves, shaman hut, any other sub-area like that then you can call her. After calling her, the Taski Maiden seems to disappear so I believe you can only call from sub-areas because she isn't able to disappear while you are there to see her. Also when doing this I have to just press a number key until it beeps, THEN you can actually dial in the numbers to make the call (when I dialed the numbers without waiting for a beep first it wouldn't work). Also using the numpad didn't work for me, I had to use my top row number keys.
