ENA: Dream BBQ

ENA: Dream BBQ

nothing makes sense, did anyone understand anything?
yeah, i get it, the game is surreal, wierd and does not abide by our rules of reality, but there no rules of reality AT ALL. nothing is consistent nothing is explained and everyone are speaking nonsense

the only things that are somewhat consistent is: ENA is searching for the boss, whoever he is and to do that the smoke needs to be cleared from the hub area

why is the game called dream BBQ? where is the dream? where is the BBQ?
why is ENA red/grey instead of her usual blue/yellow
why is there a slot machine animation every time i get or complete a "job"?
why does she wake up in what appeared to be post-nuke hiroshima?
why does everyone speak in a different language?
why does nearly every person ENA meets falsly claims they are the boss?
and how do they even know the boss is being searched for? they say it even when they don't recognize ENA
why does everyone know ENA but she doesn't know anyone?
why is ENA hated by almost everyone? what did she do?
why are there dead white puppets everywhere?
why did a dead white puppet come out of her body in the end?

at least the ENA toons had a somewhat cohesive plot: a start, middle and ending, a clear goal and an attempt to achieve it, this one has... nothing except for a smoke machine that was hidden too well

Episodes have clear plot because they're short, and literally all of them don't tie with each other except characters and their behavior to each other - you visit one place and see it's "weird creatures" and never see them again, but still have some kind of a story. This on the other hand is a game, with the very best outcome containing 4-5 chapters in total, so...why you so desperately need some answers already in the very first chapter, introduction to this world and it's characters? We may get some questions answered in the future with the upcoming chapters, but as far as i remember - episodes don't explain it's weirdness either, is this all a dream, or world changed due to some manipulations or destuction? Hell if i know. :momozzz:

I have 70000 hours and I still haven't found the BBQ
THIS IS AN OUTRAGE
They put the damn dogs in the damn walls
That's what I think.
Good questions to guess at the mystical and mysterious universe of ENA.

1. The answer looks like: Ena is wandering through her memories, or in a strange dream world, although it may look particularly like pierced dreams with sticks, I do not know.
2. Yellow / blue - she is more tearful and hopeless when the other half says: Close your mouth and stop crying.
In the red/gray version, it looks like a strict character, she is more demanding, as if commanding, and the other gray one is more stuck in her beliefs.
3. "The slot machine animation likely serves as a metaphor for chance and unpredictability in the game" ithink that truly shed with game atmoshere.
The creatures shown in gambling games give up their flesh and desires in order to gamble, as well as a lot of money. There's also a mouth for reception at the vending machine. Not necessarily, I think it can be your own flesh, or your own.
4.Exactly the same way I see the initial location, there is war everywhere, devastation, as if from a nuclear strike, some planes are flying in the sky, or the shadows of their flight. From above, a man flies as if floating in the sky.
5. The use of different languages can highlight the issue of communication barriers and misunderstandings faced by Ena. This may disguise how isolated she feels in her journey, as although she interacts with various characters, she struggles to connect and fully understand them. In fact, different languages are different cultures of people, and diversity, I was pleased to see a character who speaks Russian and Japanese, who spoke to me over a cup, I watched the subtitles and I liked his character.
6. Repeated statements about her being a "boss" can serve as a commentary on the dynamics of power and identity. Most likely, the power of the characters may have the power of this location or place. But sometimes they can say that they are the Boss, while they can probably lie, inflating their figure above all self-esteem.
7. It probably just looks like ENA, most likely it will be like alternate universes. It could be ENA, but there could be an alternative version of her. Still, we're playing as a player in ENA's body.
8.Most likely, there was a conflict in the past, or she did something that everyone turned against her. All the characters are in the same situation, and ENA is freer or something.
9. Ask me why Ena crystallized like that white mannequin at the end, and the mannequin came out of ENA at the end of the first chapter. Most likely, further chapters of the adventures will give us an answer to this question. Most likely, I think they will be similar to the first chapter, but in another universe, such as cyberpunk, or another world of nothingness..
10. Most likely, a mannequin came out of it, and it will take on another shell with some other kind of behavior. I really hope it doesn't come down to hot romantic behavior where the alternative GIRL will pester everyone to kiss. huh.

I gave far-fetched answers to every question. In fact, I don't understand a lot of things - that's how it should be, it's good.

That's enough questions - Go look for the Boss! huh.
ENA is not hopeless - it has come such a long way.
I actually made a post about question #4 before if you want to have a look at that.
