Wayne tower level glitch - help

[Cerulean]

when im at the top of the tower during the Wayne tower level, for some reason Cyborg just cannot pull the helicopter. I've never encounter this issue with pulling objects before. I can smash the button and he will just slide off the object he needs to pull. I even tried to change the control settings but the same thing keep happening. What can i do to fix this and continue on with the game? Thanks in advance.

Turning on Vertical sync in Options --> Video Settings worked for me!
