You can use steam remote play together. Note that it will require a good internet connection quality for both you and the person you want to play with. Basically, it lets you stream the game to your friend and they can play just like if their controller was connected to your computer. From my own experience, I must say that it works pretty well and the video delay is very hard to notice. Sometimes it works tricky, but I've already managed to complete the half of the game with my friend.
