The game needs better visual clarity
It's impossible to tell what is going on in a bunch of fights - rather, the game seems like it was literally designed for that purpose.

For example, in the Emerald Lake boss, there's a big red circle in the center with arrows that expanded outwards in an earlier part of the map. But for some reason when it appears again, it just...sits there despite having the arrows on it? It never expands. Why??

Also like, this one is used a lot in the game...big circle with dagger like objects pointing INTO the circle...but the projectiles get shot OUT of it? It would be cool if there was a universal indicator but you just have to know. I thought it was the red border but the lasers have red borders too and don't shoot any projectiles outside of it, the threat is only in the lasers. So what the heck??

I have stage contrast set as well, it didn't really help too much.

We've posted a lot about this, but anything not concerning DPS stuff or bunny boys gets ignored.

Honestly wish their was a setting to colour contrast some mechanics some boss's attacks just blend in to each other.

I know exactly what part of the Avy fight you're talking about and it faked me out soooooo many times.

I agree that there definitely could be a few mechanics that get some different colors to aid clarity.

Off the top of my head the two frogs Lette and Jay is my biggest gripe. In the fight there are 6 orbs spawned in the 4 corners and you get a combination of stop/move/stop commands on you. The orbs have arrows in them to show the direction they travel, but man are they hard to see for me. It doesn't help that they are partially off screen as well.
