Audio bug when switching outputs

When turning off desktop speakers to switch to headset, or vice-versa, the audio for Rabbit and Steel no longer appears in the volume mixer. The game must be rebooted to restore audio. Anyone else have this issue?

It's quite common for many games to get the default audio device during initialization and be unable to change on the fly. Wouldn't really call it a bug.
