What does luck do?

Does it affect crit chance? What is the base crit chance?

it affects basically every chance in the game, base crit chance is 30%

Also affects % chance abilities and items like Dancer's ability to recharge her Special by using her primary or secondary, which is also base 30%. I'm not sure exactly by how much, but Rabbitluck seems to increase it significantly higher than 50%. In general, luck is a nice-to-have but not really significant unless you have some items that require chance procs or are playing a rabbit with a really good ability that goes off once you proc a % chance. Even the "minor luck" items seem to help a lot in this regard.

I think rabbitluck makes all your procs guaranteed, not sure if it also affects crits.
