Demo + Full game coop?

I know Steam hides/removes demo access to those with the full game, so I was wondering if those with the full game can still play the demo version with other people?

Of course, I'd fully expect demo limitations and just being able to play the demo levels, but I don't want to buy the game and end up locking myself out of playing with people who are trying the demo.

own the game, just clicked the demo button and nothing happens, so im afraid you might lose access.

so if your trying it with friends perhaps wait until they decide.

I believe the demo version has no more online capabilities anymore since the game has launched.

I've played with another random in the demo just before buying the game, so the demo still has online capabilities ;)

That's weird, hopefully it didn't cause any strange bugs. The demo and the full version are quite different at this point, so I wouldn't be surprised if doing that would make your game crash at some point.
