Tips for beating hard?
I done normal difficulty with most heroes.
Then I tried hard difficulty omg the gap is huge.
I know this going to take age of practice and improve processing in the screen.

What heroes is easier to do hard difficulty in your opinion?
I noticed emerald hard often put me in position that unable to damage enemy due to certain hero horizontal attack (brawler example).
This made me much more feared from the increased difficulty made me less chance of attacking the enemy pass minimum dps test.

My hard level only has 3 option.
Ruby emerald arsenal.
Which one is easier to practice for my hard first win?

Assassin is pretty easy, to survive with at least, with long iframes and built in defensive reset. You can quite easily get to a point where your defensive is always available which means you can ignore a lot of attacks. Lacking on the aoe though.
I want to say Arsenal with Bruiser might be the easiest one to go with. Bruiser's defensive is pretty damn effective, her DPS gets silly very easily and nothing's particularly hard to hit with primary in Arsenal.

If you're struggling with the DPS check on Tassha, keep in mind you only need to aim for the gigantic circle around her and her clones and hitting multiple targets deals more damage.

If you're having trouble with Merran's cleaves in her second phase, you're probably moving too early. Wait for the attack to actually clear before trying to position out of the way of the next one and wait for her to cross before taking a swing.

Dancer is a pretty good choice for learning. You get a auto aim secondary that's decent dps. Great aoe and damage on the special. Lots of good item combo's. Dancer is probably the class with the most usable items. The gem combo's can make your rotation very easy which means more time focusing on dodging/learning. Auto casting secondary gem means you only need to hold primary and you're always doing damage while moving. Defensive gem gives +all damage unconditionally AND move speed buff while also removing any move speed penalties.

Similar setups can be found on Heavyblade and Ancient.

So one of those 3 would be my advice.

I'd avoid assassin/brawler/sniper/spellblade for having issue's hitting vertically which you mentioned was an issue. They also have no real circle aoe which is very helpful in a lot of fights. Not to say they are bad and can't beat hard, but for learning they make it much more difficult.

I'd like to second Ancient/Dancer/Heavyblade in that order. Ancient is the most consistent (other than against merran, but even that's not awful), dancer is the most normal and super consistent if you get emerald defensive, if you play heavyblade you'll pick up bad habits but it's definitely the best class for getting a kusoclear because you can basically skip patterns with her defensive or special (and she's otherwise a slower teleporting dancer with move/invuln synergies instead of luck/buff).
Ruby is easiest once you know it, arsenal isn't much harder and is easier to learn.

I'd suggest doing ruby because it's the hardest of those three to scrub your way through without knowing if you get it second or third in your winning run. Scholar's nest is the easiest zone by far, though.

I kept trying emerald but I think I going to change for a while.
My eye always didn't notice the stop/keep moving when processing other stuff such as shape/color matching and evading.

Seems like arsenal will be easier for processing practice.
I had never experienced the boss enrage timer but I have deep fear due to effort focusing more on survival than dps
I think a fast-moving class is better for learning. Dancer, Assassin, Spellsword, Bruiser. That extra speed makes a lot of difference. Pick up at least 1 item with speed boost.

As long as there's at least one other person who's competent, DPS won't be an issue. Spam your fast long-range attack that doesn't have slowdown and completely focus on dodging. As long as you didn't kill someone else, everyone will be happy.

If you intend to learn it in PUG lobbies (not singleplayer), don't rely on invulnerability frames. Don't just go outside and vanish because all the rest of your teammates will die (or you force them to relocate which reduces their DPS). Making an attempt to move vs. just standing there makes a lot of difference in your learning.
Be warned, Dancer is carpal tunnel, she strong but she make you pay lol

There is an option to let you just hold down a button to use it asap. No need to mash in this game.
Basically I am practicing myself to use/transform defensive skill as offensive buff or tools to help me secure better position while maintain DPS.
Normal run without relying defensive for survival is already no problem.
Want ask another tips for hard beater.
When you playing, where do your eye looking?
I suppose we usually look at the "possible mechanic spawn location" ?
Do you look at yourself in order to know the certain key skill become available?
Example looking at yourself to know the mage/dancer special is success reset
You kind of see the minibar next to your character anyway when you're moving around to see if you're properly in the safe zone. You don't need to directly look at it. There are a bunch of different layouts and sizes in the options and some of those are impossible to not see even when not looking.

Most of the time, though, you're probably just looking at the field and working out where the safe zone is. In multiplayer I also spend a lot of time looking at where the other players are going and gauge what they like to do so I don't put my fields on where they're going and avoid theirs.

I always look at myself, then glance around to see the configuration when mechanics spawn in. Usually while I'm flying towards the safespot I'll double check that it's not wrong. I play with UI off and just use the minibar for cooldowns. Most phases either only have 2 or 4 real variants (3 or 5 for color frogs), or are based on your current position; the only time you actually have to see a "mechanic spawn location" on hard is to check the second axis on some of the square lasers.
Dragons (and wolf cleaves) have the only mechanics that don't spawn on the player, anyway.
Hard is very forgiving on DPS unless your class is gimped, notwithstanding that if you have good DPS you don't have to ever see some of the more difficult patterns.
Oh god ! After around 5 hours of retry.
I only managed to win Scholar Nest and King Arsenal on each individual separated run (hard).
It only help if I keep retrying same level when having advantage of short term memories helping me

its also about getting used to it, going from normal it means you are used to 2 maybe 3 mechs at each given time

on hard difficulty its always at least 3 to 4 mechs, you need to get used to this ammount of information before being able to beat the lvl, it takes a lot of practice and racionalization about each given attack in order to dodge it, after some time that mode will start to get easier and easier

Dancer with Windbite Dagger and her Garnet Secondary is a build unto itself. From then on, you're looking at anything that benefits that most rotation complex of weighing down the secondary and defensive keys (status effects on secondary, rabbit luck, triggers from hitting X times, status effects/extensions on invincibility, etc.), allowing you to pay sole attention to positioning. You know, out of politeness.

Honestly, in terms of classes, the easiest ones are usually the ones you have to pay the least attention to your rotation to. Movement speed is mostly optional; the issue with getting to the safespot on time is almost always that you didn't spend enough time/effort reading the mechanic (or simply don't know how to). It's much more rare that you read a mechanic for too long and get caught out, at least when initially starting out. So trying to rely on movement speed/reflexes to dodge those mechanics tends to screw you more often than not.

Most classes have at least one braindead build (although whether you get it is up to RNG). Examples are infinite Special spam Spellsword, Abyssal Rage Brawler, auto-Special Dancer, etc. I don't actually recommend Assassin for first Hard clear despite how tempting long invincibility/high movement speed is, as it's harder to obtain brainless builds for them than other classes.
