Can't find an object from the future based on the photo

Hey everyone! I just started the game and trying to complete Joy House missions.
One of the mission is to find the place from the photo (trams and green metal fence), i've explored almost whole Bratislava but found noithing. I also can't skip or cancel this mission, Can anyone help with that?

i agree, this needs improvements, it's not fully complete, no info, i aborted the mission and quit the game. It's a shame
