Chea's first tidy bag mission

This sucks. I am doing the literal first tidy bag puzzle for Chea and it's impossible to complete. Check it

The three rules are:
The small scissors are right before the yellow item
I only need one sharp item
The first item is the largest item of its color

So what's the problem. After using a joker on the last slot because honestly I didn't know how the two confirmed items should be oriented, the first slot is left open. The problem is ALL REMAINING ITEMS FIT THAT DESCRIPTION.

Operating off of the items available on the 4th Chea's bag level, so if my suggestions don't match what you have available, ignore it and work with what you've got.

The small scissors are sharp, so you can ignore ALL other scissors, pliers, axes, or saws.

Without sharp items, the only yellow items are "medium yellow towel", "medium yellow tape measure", or "medium yellow paintbrush", so the yellow item can't be the largest item.

Without the sharp items, the only items that can qualify as "large" are the buckets, but the blue saw is Huge, so the green bucket should probably be the first item.

ya its pretty poorly done especially with some of the future bag ones, I think either the English not great or just thought out.

Like when it says shelf above its actually below (going by the shelves numbering not location).

I'm on my switch and I used my Joker on the second slot and the SMALL SISSORS ARE THERE!


Green bucket, small sissors, yellow towl......I hate that puzzle
