Freight Train Glitch?

Hi Dmytro and Everyone! I just now came across what I hope is a small glitch (maybe my computer?.....). My freight trains aren't running at all. I click on the "go on route" button and nothing...nada.... They've been running fine up till now. I even uninstalled the game and re-installed it. Rebooted my computer. Cleared some memory. So far, no success. I've been running freight successfully for countless hours of play, so it's not like I'm using the wrong wagons or depot or whatever. Maybe there's something in Dmytro's updates, but I skimmed them and found nothing (I could've missed something). Help anyone?

I'm having a similar problem, with my one-time contractors only. They'll go to the pickup station, then disappear back to my inventory. Don't think this ever happened before today.
Normal freight routes are still operating normally.

Yup, same here. I've already excluded that it's due to the 'load contracts only' option, it happens with it turned on and off.

UPD. I accidentally broke it in the previous update. Fixed in 1.18.79. Please, give it a try. Sorry for any inconvenience.

...I hate to edit this post...but feel I must!....I tried the game again, and still have the same issue: the freight trains never leave their depot. Specifically, when I click on the "go on route" button, a couple of the little icons (like "follow" with camera) flash on instantly, then instantly flicker off. It's as if the run route button is no longer getting through to the train. I still say your attention to customers is outstanding! Also, is it possible I'm missing out on updates? I have them turned on in Steam but maybe I'm not getting them...? Maybe I'll try re-installing?

The version is 1.18.79 (you can check the game version on the start screen in the bottom left corner)? What is your train route composition? What do you use as waypoints? Is it a line route or a loop route? Save file would help a lot.

My last few tests have been at the very start of a new game...I build the stations and track for a short freight haul (say, sugar beets from Tucson to Columbus), I make sure the track is clear, then I build the train w wagons and press the "go on route" button. The train never emerges.

Can you send me a save file? This would speed up the process a lot.

The save file is located in "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\TurnPointGames\TrainWorld\Saves" folder.

Ok...now I'm really confused! I went in to make sure I was sending you the right file, opened an auto-save and tried the freight click.....this time it worked! Did you fix something else already? If so, that was fast! Otherwise, I'm happy to send you the file, but, as it is working now, not sure of the need. I'll let you know if it glitches again.

I still would like to see your save file. Just to triple-check everything. Besides, I enjoy looking at save files of other players, your creativity is awesome and inspiring.

Sure, I'll send...but I have commitments today and can't get to it till later tonight. I'll try to pick a file that actually has the glitch--unless, of course, the glitch is fixed even for those files. Till tonight.

I tried to search for one of my save files to send to Dmytro, but I couldn't find one with the glitch...(go figure!). As Dmytro stated, his fix apparently has worked on all the save files. I went ahead and sent him a file that I believe had the glitch, in case he can make any discoveries. I'm hoping (...!...) it was not my mistake (overlooking something, maybe my mouse is bad...?), but apparently some others of you had similar problems. So Dmytro's fix appears to be working, and the game is up and running, and we all are happy for it!
