In the old days people told me about extra camo as dlc to which I didn't have net permission to hook my ps2 online. (parents am I right) Are the dlc outfits in this version?

Yes, all the DLC camos are included in this version.

Yes, in the camo menu pay attention, IIRC there is a button you can press to access another section in it (maybe R1/R I don't remember).

I never had such camo before because I didn't have internet back then so it's pretty neat.

No, the secret theater cutscenes were not readded. There is a fan made mod being made by RSolidSnake11 readding them, duel mode, and Snake Vs Monkey.

(Kojima Productions did have them officially uploaded on their website LONG before Subsistence even came out, so watching them online was actually the originally intended way to watch them - they were just added to Susbsitence's second disk as a bonus.)
