About Chronological Order of the Series
Is it fine if i play the entire series in Chronological order? (tho i dont care about old graphics and gameplay, i love ps1 games, so for me its no problem to play for example MGS5 and then MGS1)

You can do whatever you want though there are a few reasons I recommend playing the games in release order. MGS3 clearly has moments that mean more if you have played MGS1 and MGS2 first. The design of the gameplay you can see each new title building on what was previously done also.
the thing is Summer Sale is rly soon, and there are sales ahead, but i'm not sure that i will get all 3 MGS games. I have MGS V and i know that MGS3 is first and then V, i thought that i would buy third one and played them in a row, instead of buying the first one and then waiting for buying the second , third and waiting release date of fourth on PC...

I think $60 for all three was down to $48 for all three for a bit. More sales will probably come but how much or when no idea. Again, it's up to you.

If you still didnt played it, i can say that playing with release order is preferable here. Its due to story twists and things that you as main character in games suppose to learn in certain order.
MG1 > MG2 > MGS1 > MGS2 > MGS3 > MGS4 > MGS Peace walker > MGS5

Of course, you can also play with series chrono order too, it just story-telling will be from complete different perspective. It was done so either way is good.
MGS3 > MGS Peace walker > MGS5 > MG1 > MG2 > MGS 1 > MGS2 > MGS4

First MGS I played was MGS2, I honestly went back and replayed the games after beating it, because I enjoyed the gameplay so much.

You can play them in any order you want, but if you don't start at the beginning, some of the in universe jokes and easter eggs will make no sense later on.

Lore wise:

MGS3 -> MGS: Portable Ops -> MGS: Peace Walker -> MGSV -> MG:MSX -> MG2:SS -> MGS -> MGS2 -> MGS4

The Metal Gear Ac!d games, and Rising Re-vengeance are considered their own spinoff titles. And while most of the games are important to the main plot; you can easily cut MGS: Portable Ops and MGSV out, and you'll still understand the entire story from the others.
