How do I capture The End's parrot?

I read in the Master Book that you can capture/kill The End's parrot during his fight. I've played the game 6 times, and I haven't been able to find him once.

You have to be quick, the parrot acts as a spotter and will fly towards you, sometimes landing somewhere near you.

I managed to shoot it for the first time last week :p

unless you are going for the markhor rank or just want to piss the end off theres no reason to catch it but if you insistent om doin it heres the locations you can find it (scroll down to bottom look for parrot bird A choose location and difficulty)

It took me hours to find that damn ****** but after checking the skies with Thermal googles I've finaly found him (on extreme), I should have played on very easy for that achievements because apparently there he is easier to spot.

On very easy he is right in front of you when the fight starts.

He tends to sit on top of the supply room during the fight
