I gotta say though, the game runs buttery smooth for me, once issues like sound quality, textures and resolutions are sorted out, it should be a superb port.
Enjoy the games, they are awesome. As Kojima intended too.
Maybe people will leave a positive review if they are happy with their purchase. Just because you are dose not mean everyone else is. They bought the game, they have every right to leave a review. Positive or negative.

Point being, review score gets better once the port is in a better state options-wise. In terms of running smoothly though, at least for me, it's been pretty much entirely trouble-free, which I'm thankful for.
If you're going to charge that much it better be an amazing port.
Also, mods are still a thing, even if modding teams are cut short work-wise, I'm sure there will be some modders making it the port it deserves to be.
But yeah, that's not necessarily justifying the price admittedly.
