Is there anyway to change resolution

Like any kind of file editing or mods? It can't be impossible... I refuse to play this in anything other than my native resolution of 1440p. Asking for all the games really. Not bothered about MGS1 really I understand that it's just a crappy emulation. Super lazy but whatever. 2 and 3 though are supposedly actual ports and need to run at whatever resolution we as pc gamers wish.

it is possible if you know how to use a hex editor. i don't really have experience with them so i'm waiting for someone to post patched .exes.

2 and 3 are barely "ports", they are direct copies of the HD collection versions of the game. Meaning there is no settings, they are locked at 1080p like they are in the HD collection on console.

This whole thing was just as lazy as I expected from Konami.

Jesus Christ. I almost want to buy, play for 1 hour and a bit, and refund just do I can negative review. In fact ♥♥♥♥ it I'm gonna do that. Screw these lazy pieces of ♥♥♥♥. If it was like 4 or 5 quid per game it would still be *appalling*. But this ♥♥♥♥ is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unacceptable. I'd like to see literally anyone defend this at this price tag.

AS first comment, try with a HEX edit.

Otherwise, best way to play is Duckstation for MGS1, the original MGS2 port with the Vs Fan patch, and MGS3 is PSCX2 probably

Just emulate the original on PS2 or the HD collection on PS3 both options work great and offer 1440p and above.

they did say in the notification tab they are implementing full screen to the game, which should of been in it, some youtubers where playing the game on 1080p and such on ps5 with early copies of the game.

I've played these games emulated a ton of times, I was looking forward to not having to bloody do that anymore. That said, I was vaguely aware of the MGS2 port and that maybe that was something I might try eventually, but then this collection got announced and thought well screw it................ Now its just... damn, why does Konami hate its fans and MGS so much.
Don't anyone dare say its just the PC versions, you know damn well its *JUST AS BAD* that the console versions all run at 720p as well.

Like I said I was specifically looking forward to not having to emulate. I hate emulation. When it works its great but its such a pain to get working and most of the time breaks when you aren't updating your emus all the time. Every time I decide to try ps3 emulation it goes to ♥♥♥♥ and I hate to loose several hours figuring it out and download bs.
