It only unlocks after beating the game once or selecting "I like MGS3!".

But snake vs monkeys and boss rush i guess no if i remember those extras are from disc 2

Those were already cut 12 years ago in the original HD Collection. They made no effort to improve on that release with this one.

i guess no even a DLC i see the games have in DLC japanese versions and european in MGS but i guess konami wont add again this bonus

snake vs monkeys is locked behind sony and their ape escape licence there was a reason why MGS3 was PS2 only for the longest time
