Game seems to be locked to 60fps, so if you cant reach 60 then it will look like slowmo

I'm assuming you're getting the 48fps glitch? check the guides, there's a specific patch that lets you change resolution, and certain versions of that patch let you put the game in windowed mode. for some reason, for me, putting the game in windowed mode fixed it.

still not fixed all 3 MGS games running properly. As snake moves like he is in slow motions. Was working at first but the update before recent one that just came out in November the issue started. So idk what the hell is going on got 1 friend how seems to be have 0 issues but i can't play any of them :(

Yeah some have it some don't, I don't so telling us more would help.

If you have an NVIDIA card limit your FPS to 60 and see if that solve your issue, if you play on steam deck: Don't.

That's all the generic infos I know. Oh and try the beta patch if you haven't (it's on your steam library game ---------> properties --------> beta. Or something like that)

I have AMD and all 3 games set to 60fps min and 60fps max just like Konami said to do on steam page.

This Helped me fix MGS1 and MGS3 but 2 is still acting weird and slow mo.

Same mGS 2 is worst offended atm. Only thing i haven't tried is installing games on c drive
