Game crashing upon starting a new game.

I preordered the game earlier this month excited to play these games again, but when I launch MGS2&3 they crash upon starting a new game. The launcher comes up, I choose my version, and start the game just for it to blackscreen and crash and I have no idea how to fix it. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, verified, used Guides to remedy and nothing is doing it. Does anyone have any idea why?

Ryzen 5 2600
ZOTAC RTX 2070 Super
16gb of RAM
Game is installed on an SSD

With MGS 3 do you get the white window for 1.5 seconds and then it closes, asking for myself

For that you have to make the game run on the CPU in the Nvidia Control Panel. Crashes on GPU.
But if your CPU can't handle it, do this:

Thank you so much it actually worked with the link, why Konami can't just do normal ports without problems i am fearing for quality of mgs 4
