How is there no HF Blade mod?

Seriously, how has nobody made a mod to add the HF blade at the beginning of the Plant chapter. Ive been wanting to do and HF blade run since I was 8 years old and Im actually kinda upset that they couldn't do that for the master collection.
If i had the skills I would 100% make this myself, I just don't understand how its never been done before. Am I just the only one who wants this?

With a bit of research I'm sure you can do it, like a save editor where you start with it or even have Raiden being replaced with the sword version.

I do know of a modded save on Nexus that gives it, but apparently if you try to equip and use it it crashes the game.

I've played MGR on console and PC, great game, but not what I'm looking for here.
I want the challenge (or maybe the cheese, either way) of trying to do the plant chapter with just the HF blade. (Within reason, obvs Ill need to use the stinger, coolant spray, and AK at certain points)

Edit: Looks like the HF Blade may or may not work, I don't use this so you'll have to test it for yourself, this mod is still a work-in-progress.

The original PC release of MGS2 has its own HF Blade mod that does work, but that's an entirely different game basically.
