Anyone wondering how to open the pause menu whilst using only kb and mouse

Press "Tab" to pause the game once you have control of your character, and then while the game is paused press "M+F" when using default controls.

You can change the setting of the buttons in the launcher to get keyboard and mouse prompts, putting it up here in case it helps anyone, because I kept trying to find an answer for this and couldn't get any from the subreddit or from here, so hopefully it'll help someone.
