What is the difference between a "METAL GEAR SOLID 2: Sons of Liberty - Master Collection Version" and a disk edition "Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance"?

The Master Collection/ Bluepoint HD version is based on the Xbox version of Substance. In terms of content, the biggest missing feature is the skateboard mini game. It's missing due to it being on a different engine and was a cross promotion to Konami's Tony Hawk ripoff. So when Bluepoint was commissioned to port MGS2 and 3. Konami or Kojima thought it wasn't important to implement it in the 2011 Collection. Otherwise, besides some graphical differences is similar in content to Substance.
