radar 1 has the radar visible when youre in an enclosed space and the game switches to first person (hiding in lockers, crawling through vents, etc) while radar 2 has the radar disappear when youre in an enclosed space
the choice does not matter too much because you can switch the option at any node during the plant chapter so just try them out and pick whichever one you prefer
