Here is a list of what is different between the PS1 (including Integral) and the PC version (since you are using fan patches some of these could already be fixed)
https://metalgear.fandom.com/wiki/Metal_Gear_Solid:_Integral#PC
Difference betwenn the normal PS1 and PC version:
- Most of the framebuffer effects from the PS1 version (such as motion blur and depth of field) are not simulated accurately.
- Due to the hardware difference between the PlayStation and PC, several aspects of the Psycho Mantis boss battle were cut out. The sequence where he reads the player's memory card and vibrates the controller was removed, as was the blackout trick he performs at the beginning of the battle. The method for defeating him was also simplified: rather than switching controller ports, players can simply just use the keyboard if they were using a gamepad up to this point.
- The soundtrack was not ported accurately from the original PS1 version, but instead uses MP3 rips that were downloaded by the developers from an undisclosed fansite.[1] As a result, the Alert theme is only 30 seconds long instead of the full 60 seconds and the Evasion portion that plays when the player escapes are missing. The Duel theme is also missing, and the game simply uses the Alert theme during boss battles. Stereo tracks (for cutscenes and Codec conversations with background music) are also played at 32000hz instead of the intended 33075hz, resulting in some of the audio being played off-pitch, while stand-alone music and sound effects are sampled at 22050hz 8-bit (reduced from the 44100hz 16-bit rate used by the original PS1 version).
Difference between the Integral PS1 and PC version:
- Meryl's sneaking suit outfit was removed. She wears her usual outfit instead when Snake is dressed in a tuxedo like she does in the original game.
- The staff commentary and hidden music frequency numbers were removed from the Codec. Calling the Staff frequency in a certain location (namely the room with Kenneth Baker's corpse after the Ocelot boss battle) will trigger a return, but it will only display some leftover junk text.
MGS2 is the hd collection version with fixes for bugs/changes that were introduced in the hd collection, faster loading times and a japanese language pack can be downloaded while the gog version is based on the MGS2 Substance PC release (since you are using fan patches you could already have things like widescreen).
You will also be able to buy MGS3 as a standalone release by the time the master collection comes out.
Already pre-ordered and I'll start with MGS3 anyway, followed by the NES version and maybe a re-run of Phantom Pain for good measures. So, if it totally blows I can wait for the first mods.
As you may have guesse, I'm a huge fan of the series. The NES version was the second game I ever bought (first one being Mario Bros 1). Yes, I'm that old....
Both games looses their cinematic look thanks to many missing effects. MGS1 looks way too clean and blocky, while MGS2 is just "okay". Both game have major audio issues, where the mix feels unbalanced (the music is too loud for example) and the audio fidelity of their PS counterparts just aren't there.
Bottom line, these old PC ports need to be buried and thankfully we're getting a much more faithful translation.
But can you do this in the Master Collection version?

We need for the Russian guy to update it for master collection, since it uses a different engine, bluepoint engine reversed engineer, also we had to wait 19 years for this particular mod
Yup, hopefully he can make a new version of the mod, but I wouldn't put my money on that. It can be too difficult and/or time consuming for him.
