In the end very few people will buy a PS3 to play MGS4 so who knows ? Konami can easily pay whatever SONY will demand as their annualy income kept on increasing for years after firing kojima but it's possible that Konami already got the means to port MGS4 so Sony may already have used the money.
We've also known for a few years now that Kojima Productions actually got the game fully working on Xbox 360, but that version was never released because MGS4 required a hard drive for at least partial installs and the 360 didn't require a hard drive, so they couldn't sell games on it that required one. Who knows if the source code for that version is still at Konami or if it's been lost though.
If you mean MGO honestly it's not worth it for Konami as it won't bring money (yes online games do need maintenance, maintenance cost money) and while Konami do have a lot of cash especialy after firing Kojima they didn't make that ton of money by wasting it.
IIRC there is a fan server for MGO2 but that info is quite old.
Listen I understand Konami done did Kojima super duper dirty. You need to stop harping about it like this. Dropping it in the convo like that just derails whatever point you're trying to make.
