Game keeps crashing during cutscenes

Anyone else having this problem? This has happened to me twice now and I don't want to restart the game for a third time from the beginning because I keep forgetting to save. It has crashed after the Ocelot boss fight, and crashed after the tank fight. I feel like I should be saving before every cut scene just so my game doesn't crash.

While in-game, open the options screen, go to controls, and try changing the Response speed option. There are two, Normal and Fast. Others have reported that trying one or the other has stopped crashing for them.
