take cover during strafing and use your stinger

yeah that one can be a real pain in the neck.. you'll mainly be wanting to peek around cover as much as humanly possible whenever he retaliates with his machine gun turret, it's also important to keep in mind that sometimes he has these really long invincibility frames between firing on him so it's best to try not to waste missiles - he also follows a specific pattern early in the fight but becomes more rng later on.. oh and when you finally are about to bring him down he'll do one last ditch attempt to OHKO you, you'll have to position yourself on the far left side of the stage - ideally along the industrial catwalk to the south..

That boss fight isn't really hard, you're just not used to the controls of the game and that makes it hard. As Kino said, take cover and shoot the missiles at the right moment. Learn how to quickly equip/unequip your Stinger (this will be useful in other boss fights too). Pay attention to your radar, the chopper is a purple dot if I recall correctly. Watch some videos on YouTube.

Right, I'm sorry lol. But seriously, once you get the hang of it you'll find it piss easy. Basically, what you gotta do is hit him and take cover, repeat until he dies. If you want you can play super safe and stay most of the time between the two walls.

Useful tip is if you acquire missile lock, you don't have to perfectly keep the targeting reticle perfectly trained on the Hind to get a proper shot. So you can do things like target the hind, swing your Stinger's reticle to extreme up/left/right and do things like make bank shots around or over cover. Also, just stay near the rectangular piece of cover near the door entrance and circle around it unless you need to go get ammo. Major thing is you don't need to necessarily come out of cover and take aim if you know that you have just a little leeway.

The other thing is you can track the Hind's position using the targeting boxes, which will appear even when he isn't technically in your direct line of sight. This can help you anticipate and move in the proper locations to put the hurt on him.

This.

I'll add that if you can't spot the Hind visualy you can guess where he is via sound, if you go to options and put the sound on mono then call the colonel multiple times he'll say something funny about it.

When he do the last attack the easiest way to avoid the hit is to get behing the wall at the center, so when you enter the room you have a square wall, just get that wall between you and Hind and you'll be fine.
