Question about stealth camo

I just did my first play through and got the stealth camo and had a question can you use it on a second play through to get the fox rating at the end of the game for the achievement?

Yes. This is the only game where special items are okay to use. I personally recommend doing the Japanese language version (not the Integral one, but the regular one changed to Japanese). There's only 1 easy difficulty and Fox is awarded on the Japanese language version.

Also save your 1 ration for the final chase. You pick it up right after the Liquid fist fight.
