I can't believe there are people on here that actually defend and claim that it "looks better" than other methods of upscaling. Glad that this mod exists to give a cleaner experience.

heads up it is still a work in progress so back up your file first and use at your own risk etc.

It doesn't seem to work for me and I am using Windows 10.
I put the file in the patcher's CMD window, patched it, but the game still looks blurry.

In fact, it doesn't even touch "alldata.bin" at all as I can tell by its date modified being unchanged. It also seems like it was trying to do something within my AppData folder but its specific file address doesn't even exist as I could not find it there.

That prerequisite was all I need to get that patcher working properly.

maybe watch the video linked and let me know what isn't working.

If when you drag and drop it there are " marks on each side then get rid of those and see if that fixes it.
