I thought I was doing something wrong but I literally ran into the bathroom right after her but after multiple tries she always wears pants.

Should've known they're gonna do something like that. Should I expect Eva's tits to be covered up too?

Not sure. I think it's not just getting in the bathroom fast, but also going to the last stall fast as well. You could also test the jail sequence, and see if the panty shot is still there as well, that doesn't require being fast to do.

What language/version of the game are you playing? The japanese version of the game had some censorship stuff, so integral probably has that too.

They didn't censor her, the jail cell no pants scene is still there. You probably just weren't fast enough.

If it matters, i had to press triangle/X/Y/top face button to actually look down at her in a cutscene. ("A woman? ....Not him.) Until i did that, her other poses wouldn't trigger after i left and came back.

That is not possible because I basically ran in there alongside her. I played this game a million times, I know what to do.

English UK. The Japanese and English US weren't even installed for some reason, dunno how to download them either.
