European Extreme and Japanese Packs

Why is it not available? I also executed the MG 1&2, and the digital book has the same state of "Not Being Installed." why is this? I try to click install, but it sends me to the Steam main page.

me too, i need install spanish voices in mgs1 but when i clicked download botton steam main page appears

Go to your MGS1 library page, open DLC and check the box for japanese language pack there.

As for European Extreme, that was never in MGS1 anyway. The difficulty only goes up to Extreme, and I think you're required to beat the game once before it unlocks.

They meant the European Pack which is needed for one of the MGS options.
I'm having this same issue, and your solution doesn't work for me because there is no DLC box on my MGS library page
I was having this issue, went and checked to see if there was a DLC box, there wasn't, I type this reply and go back to the library page and now it's there.
No idea wtf, gonna chalk that up to Steam beta goofiness
