log in with your steam account and click on install at the top.
Yup, just saw this in another thread and it worked fine. :)
I click on the NA and get this "no licenses" error

Nothing happens when I click Install?
Firefox prompts me to open it in steam, I approve and nothing happens
The German version, however, runs at 50Hz, just like the original. The US version or the DLC runs at 60Hz. Therefore, it is preferable if you want to have the English language.
But the rest of the European version runs, as you say, out of the box. The information in the Steam Store is simply incorrect.
