What are the chances modders add 60fps support for all titles?

I'm pretty sure that MGS like many PSX games has gameplay stuff tied to frame rate, and that running it at 60 fps might break the game. It would explain why no ports of the game have ever uncapped, as it would require an entire game recode to fix the issue.

MGS 2 and 3 are already 60 FPS

MGS1 on GOG had a bunch of mods. Not sure what exactly but I know you can mod it to be widescreen. I doubt they would mod MGS1 to 60fps but mods to make it higher res, widescreen, and also clearer image would be nice

Not happening for MGS1. Modders didn't do that in over 20 years of the original PC port existing and they probably won't do it now.

Also 2 and 3 already support 60 fps.
