Also, its not just Nintendo rights, Twin Snakes was developed by Sillicon Knights, and published by Konami, you'd need to get them too.
and get this game in the master collection.
in my eyes you cannot call it a master collection and then have multiple games cut from the collection.
so it should be in this collection.
I really enjoy Twin Snakes too, and its a shame that its trapped on the Gamecube, and that it's super expensive.
But that's why we have to vote with our wallets, we gotta buy this collection, and the other collections, and let Konami know we want Twin Snakes.
MGS2 and MGS3 HD had several bugs fixed
Yes, the same applies to MGS2 and MGS3... the original PS2 versions didn't have a widescreen option. Nonetheless, Bluepoint was able to add widescreen for the HD Collection.
But that's just me.
The re-recorded audio is objectively better, the audio files have higher quality and all voice actors are the same except for Gray Fox. They wanted to re-record everything because the Gamecube allowed a higher audio quality than the PS1.
Soundtrack is bad, yes, but that can be easily fixed. Same for cutscenes.
Metal gear survive sold 10 time more copies.
Also, MG Survive launched on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
It's still a failure no matter what: less than 80 000 copies mean it was no profitable and the best selling game was super smash bros melee who sold +7 million copies.
Metal gear survive had a huge boycott AND got the spin-off treatment (not very popular).
So It's no wonder that they didn't include it.
Compared to the game in the franchise where the previous entries were on the NES, 17 years prior
You hear yourself?
Does that mean Survive is better?
Everyone that liked Metal Gear Solid purchased a PS2 to play Metal Gear Solid 2/3 lol.
