The Twin Snakes? (It's a must!)
Why would you give us a master collection as you call it and not have The Twin Snakes version with it?

at least with that game i could see the 60 dollar price as fair.
is it a license issue or something? (Nintendo is this your doing again??) :steammocking:

And no before you come here with your hate comments...
The Twin Snakes is freaking awesome i do not care what anybody says
and at least it would run at 60 fps!!!
while the original metal gear solid will be locked at 30 fps without being able to unlock the frame rate.

If they do add it, it would probably be later

Also, its not just Nintendo rights, Twin Snakes was developed by Sillicon Knights, and published by Konami, you'd need to get them too.

I'm sure Konami could easily give that devs team a deal
and get this game in the master collection.
in my eyes you cannot call it a master collection and then have multiple games cut from the collection.

No. It was Metal Gear, then Metal Gear 2, then Metal Gear Solid 1 for the PS1.

I really enjoy Twin Snakes too, and its a shame that its trapped on the Gamecube, and that it's super expensive.

But that's why we have to vote with our wallets, we gotta buy this collection, and the other collections, and let Konami know we want Twin Snakes.

konami is only going for the lazy ports..... hell even the original metal gear solid game wont even have widescreen... another lazy point added to the long list.
And finally when we get part 2 (if we get it!)
with metal gear solid 4 it will probably run at 30 fps like on the ps3 (and i'm very generous now) because most of the time it ran at 25 fps and lower.

i have a feeling this is a cash grab.
Metal Gear Solid 1 was not built for widescreen

MGS2 and MGS3 HD had several bugs fixed

Yes, the same applies to MGS2 and MGS3... the original PS2 versions didn't have a widescreen option. Nonetheless, Bluepoint was able to add widescreen for the HD Collection.

Twin Snakes, to me, is by far inferior to the original. The re-recorded audio is worse, the updated music is terrible, and the added super hero bullcrap (snake jumping off a rocket, etc.) is ridiculous. Not to mention, every change to the dialogue—and there are quite a few instances—is worse.

But that's just me.

The re-recorded audio is objectively better, the audio files have higher quality and all voice actors are the same except for Gray Fox. They wanted to re-record everything because the Gamecube allowed a higher audio quality than the PS1.

Soundtrack is bad, yes, but that can be easily fixed. Same for cutscenes.

Second worst MG/S when it comes to selling, it didn't even sold 80 0000 copies.

Metal gear survive sold 10 time more copies.

That's not fair to say. Twin Snakes only launched on Gamecube, a failed console, and the only other MGS games on Nintendo were MG1, Snakes Revenge, and Ghost Babel, if it launched on PS2 it would have done better.

Also, MG Survive launched on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

It's still a failure no matter what: less than 80 000 copies mean it was no profitable and the best selling game was super smash bros melee who sold +7 million copies.

Metal gear survive had a huge boycott AND got the spin-off treatment (not very popular).

So It's no wonder that they didn't include it.

Ah yes, the huge crossover with an already established franchise with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MARIO and LINK and PIKACHU

Compared to the game in the franchise where the previous entries were on the NES, 17 years prior

You hear yourself?

Does that mean Survive is better?
