Konami, please never include Twin Snakes

It's a bad game that shouldn't have been made. It's not worth the licensing and modifying that would be required. People that like Twin Snakes probably also like weird things like putting mayo on pizza.

You need to trade in that jump to conclusions board. None of that makes sense in correlation with the person you're replying to. BioWare went under because they fired half of their writing staff because Mass Effect 3 was a pile of ass. Andromeda happened because their leadership is clueless as ♥♥♥♥. Just look at Veilguard.

Twin Snakes is awful because it completely ♥♥♥♥♥ on the tone of the original game. They changed up the entire feel of the game. It's a bad game.

yeah if it was good it would be here, they bothered to include the PAL version after all, if volume 2 doesn't have it then I guess it's true that the mgs fans didn't want it, well not really in a sense since it's a collection meaning other games may sell it, if it was it's own release it would be a huge failure

we know that the game was a massive failure, remember that metal gear survive managed to sell more copies, and we all know how bad it is, heck metal gear survive could be in a futur volume before twin snake that's how bad it is

Its not a game game. Its alright. Not a great metal gear but its alrigjt. I’ve played worse metal gears. Bottom of the barrel in fact is easily Snakes Revenge

what do you mean by "it's not a game game" ?

I don't have the numbers but Snake revenge probably sold more copies than twin snake, the first nes game sold like over a million copies or something so I think it's fair to assume the "second" nes game did sold well

I meant to say its not a great game. Just becaude a game sold more dorsnt mean its better. Look at EDF. Those games sell poorly yet many adore them. That argument falls apart the more you think about it.
It sold poorly due to many reasons. Bigges tbeing on the gamecube only, which was nintendos poor response to people wanting more maturer games and a console. The game cube was bad timing

If you use the Resident Evil arguement, yeah, but that is FAR FAR FAAAAR more popular than MGS and it was the next mainline game instead of a remake.

Twin snakes cutscenes are much more fun compared to original MGS 1.

MGS 1's plot is stupid, so stupid cutscenes fit the game much better.

Gameplay is better. You have far more playing options in twin snakes and if you consider them "OP and game breaking" you can simply not use them.(Similar to mgs v that has lots of OP tactics that you can not use for some challenge)

Graphics also look much better.

I agree with the take on the cutscenes since the game is kind of cheesy but the gameplay not as much. Regardless I wish for it to be available to more players on all platforms
