MG on the NES isn't a Nintendo game? Snakes Revenge on the NES isn't a Nintendo game? MG on NES is not the same as MG on MSX. While Snakes Revenge on NES is a whole ass different game and story than MG2 on MSX

Nintendo doesn't despise emulation, there are TONS of emulated games on the Switch, released by Nintendo themselves. All the classic Nintendo games you can play with the Switch subscription are emulated.
They hate piracy, and unfortunately they target emulators made other people sometimes, unjustly.
