MP for both games is excellent, very unique experience, I recommend the Escalation mode, very fast paced, and no cheaters.
Character models and graphics are better in Fall than war overall. War has serious visibility (problems easily seeing enemies) issues and problems with pacing in levels (the levels drag on the campaign).
The multiplayer is a toss up since Wars characters had tighter controls but uglier art. Starscream and most models looks way better in fall of cybertron.
Either way they are both console ports that leave a lot to be desired in the multiplayer department, if this was a real PC game we'd be able to add our own transformers models/weapons/maps/etc.
