I can't play multiplayer, or escelation. It says it can't connect the instant I try to. I'm assuming the servers got shut down?

Exactly. Activision lost the license, the game had rotten it's way to it's grave. There is no way of saving WfC and FoC this time. People really need to move on at this point and wait for the new Transformers game.

sh*t... the same thing again. I remember when I bought Ridge Racer Unbound and 3 months later before I even managed to try out MP, they shut down servers with no way to host them any other way

there shoul be a law that dictates to companies that if they are shutting down servers they should remake the game so that players can host P2P games, hell even LAN games would do the trick for me

I know this is wishful thinking but maybe some talented soul will find a way to crack this online code and create some alternative. Now the game is not being sold they shouldnt care about people who want to play messing with the game

Can someone check the credits in game and see who was responsible for the online part of the game?

Maybe we could reach that guy and ask if there is a way to create some workaround to be able to play MP again...

Because we already started a petition in 2018 and we reached 12 000 signs but neither Activison nor Hasbro give a damn. If any of you think corporates will give us any form of codes, files or workarounds to fix this dead game you're gravely mistaken. They're too busy exploiting whatever license is making the most profit at the moment; you're nothing but a number to them, FoC was shut down because it wasnt making any money + maintaining servers has a cost. And devs are probably under a lot of stress rn on their new project or trying to find a job after Activision dismantled HM studios if I recall correctly. In other words not enough people care about a game that had a peak of 30 players per month in its last year; at this point it's not just dead, it's six feet under.
If you guys really want to create new MP servers you'll have to do it yourselves. And believe me it's an extremely difficult task as Im already in touch with experienced Russian modders and even them are struggling.
And even if you hypothetically found a way to play MP again, public matches would basically be non existant since the only people who havent moved on yet are you guys on this thread. Thats less than 10 players lmao. Whats the point of bringing the game back from the grave only to realise it's even emptier than it used to be.
Best thing to do is move on. Personnally I got 2000 hours on this game so I dont feel too bad; you guys had 8 years to play it, if you didnt dedicate enough time to it while you still had the chance, that's on you. The good news is the next TF shooter by Certain Affinity will be coming soon so let's hope it'll be good enough to substitute FoC and WfC. If it's worth playing you can be sure you'll see me in pvp. Either that or Halo infinite

I was asked to activision but I think it's dead so I have no choice but otherwise what I was going to do is transformers (dsl but its rhyme with transformed) my pc in server thanks to Hamachie cear if he gave me the ip servers I would make my pc like a server with hamachi
