Does anyone know of a guide that explains how to unlock everything?

I have extras still locked in the extras menu and a couple interogation points left in the costumes section. And yet so far I have done:

-a full play-through on normal
-a full play-through on hard
-every mission at least once, though I had some poor scores at times
-photographed all dolls, revenants and specters

Now I'm sure if I get better scores on my missions and finish the wraith list, it might unlock some things but I'm still curious if someone can find an accurate guide for extras and unlockables. (I found one online at some point, but it was clear some elements worked only for the wii version.)

You'll most likely missing the same things I'm missing:

1) compile the ghostbook in all it's parts, which implies you need to bring every enemy type to the point of blossoming at least once
2) complete all missions with an S rank

If I remember correctly, 1 gives you special lenses that will come in handy in order to achieve 2.
