How to collect a pesky doll in a certain elevator! (Again, slight spoilers)

So, if you are into collecting the Hozuki Dolls, there's one that's glitched and you typically can't capture it straight away. It's in the Clinic Elevator, when you go between floors B1 and B2.

You can see it through the elevator gate, and it's a pretty tough capture, but here's the twist: The camera reticle won't turn blue if you are going straight down there from the clinic's 1F or 2F entrance. It's literally bugged. Fortunately, here's an easy fix.

B1 has a save lantern. Save the game manually, and completely exit out of the game. Start the game back up, load that save, call the elevator to B1, and then go back down to B2 and snap the picture.

I know this sounds weird, and you might be tempted to think it was a skill issue. Couldn't say, nor can I say if it always happens. But I saw a Reddit thread on it from a while back, and it looks like it's a glitch that carried over.

As Choshiro, the flashlight reticle turns blue without any issues. Had the same problem earlier today while playing as Ruka but then when I played as Choshiro I got it instantly without a problem.

Btw I just notice this doll at the last chapter 2, I could be miss some of the dolls during earlier chapter, can I still going back to collect them back when I switch back to those characters or we can’t anymore unless wait for Ng+?

i couldve sworn i saw the reticle turn blue for a split second! thank god its a glitch and not a skill issue haha. could it be because of the high frames? im running the game at 144 fps. maybe the physics and the game engine doesnt handle high frames
