comparing it to the original Wii version i say its the exact same just HD the 3d models and textures were all redone but its the same as the Wii if that helps

Well the American version anyway. It is funny though that the lingerie is called "Swimsuit".

You are talking about Fatal Frame 5, and the japanese Wii U version is the only one without censorship. Both the western Wii U version and the Next Gen ports were censored.

This game is a remaster of Fatal Frame 4 originally for the Wii, and it was uncensored both in Europe and Japan (it wasn't released in America)

You are completely wrong. Not only is this one censored, Fatal Frame 2 was also censored both in its original PS2 release and in its Wii release with unlockable swimsuits being cut from the western versions entirely.
I'm not sure if 1 or 3 ever had swimsuits.
