I think it depends on how much it cost in your coutry. In mine it's price is quite reduced compared to other games, costing only usd$35 for the deluxe, so I think it's more than fair.

I bought the normal version of MoBW and the upgrade costs €15. I paid €65 for the Deluxe version of MotLE, so the upgrade will probably be €15 separate as well.

This is not true. There is an Artbook and a Soundtrack too. The Artbook especially is highly valued as it contains development sketches, early renders, and so on. We've been missing this for a long long time, ever since the Wii release we've had nothing like this before.

Yes the deluxe costumes has a lot of effort added into them and even physics on ribbons and other parts of the costumes
