Can't get in the game. Stuck on "Checking for updates"

I played the game earlier today on my PC in another location. I tried to continue playing use my laptop and get stuck on "Checking for updates".

I just checked and the game was starting up fine for me, maybe there is an issue with your laptops internet connection or firewall?

My brother use the same internet as me but he can gets in to the game. Therefore I tried turn off my firewalls but it didn't work.

Could you upload the log file found in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\LocalLow\Kyy Games\Knights of 📝\Player.log
It should display the loading process and possibly show where it fails.

I don't think so. Steam doesn't allow me to upload a file here. I opened the document and its quiet long. Is that possible that you provide me your working email? Thanks.
