How do i unlock Artificer and Technomancer?

I have defeated the final boss, and looked around for the side quest that unlocks them, but havent seen them at all.

The artificer is part of the side quest when restoring the castle. (Starts in Respawn Village)
The technomancer is part of the side quest for ending the tree war. (Starts in Lush Forest)

Hello there,
I've just manged to progress on the Kings quest line and would share some information to get you on the right track. Don't read it if you want to experience the quest line fully yourself. I actually recommend it as it is quite epic.

I don't know exactly when and where. Following is a list of clues

• It is stated as to start in Respawn Village. In a different post a developer confirmed that. I do not know which quest it is to start it but it then moves around several places. Don't try to redo all the optional quests all the time in Respawn village.
  
• First you have to find the king. An old lady gives quests for that.
  
• The quests are not marked as special and no different to the other random optional quests (it seems at first)
  
• If you found the King do quests for him at the location he is right now.
  
• I've had an optional quest to escort him to respawn village. That is a red herring and just a random combination.
  
• I've done it right before unlocking the Lich (~level 25) as somewhere a DEV stated the lines get locked after a certain main quest line progression.

My two cents on the tree fight story coming up. Same as the post before - the quest line is long and epic and you might not want to spoiler yourself:

• It starts in lush forest. I've started it before the Lich fight (Level 25). A developer explicitly states that the unlock quest lines get locked if you advance past a certain point in the main story line.
  
• You need to escort a tree to the nearby forest location.
  
• I could advance further from there a while after the Lich fight and some more. The quest text explicitly states something along the line:
  We came back to check after doing something important meanwhile.
