Bruh Dodge builds are sketchy af
So if you have a dodge you always run in the 10 % ignore problem. Even if you scale health big time, it seems very easy to die if there a long attack phase. Even if you full prayers this drains you out, fast. And thats not even talking about having a low dodge roll on top of the 10% issue.

How do you do it ?

Have high speed and avoid zones with tethic monks.
Also, meat shields work (as always) vs everything except ranged AoE.

All defenses have a 10% chance to just fail.
On higher cycles you want to have multiple high defenses and a good health pool. Or high speed and enough damage to one-shot everything.
Or all of the above.
I've just been going pure physical twohanded no armor and I'm on my 5th cycle doing just that. Seems to work just fine.

5th cycle you can pretty much still get away with just about any build.

Wow way to take away any sense of accomplishment from me. Real nice of you.

Not my intention.

It was just trying to warn you that on higher cycles it gets more and more difficult and your builds have to account for that.

If your current build works for you on the higher cycle, great. Me personally I don't even play often on the highest cycles and instead hang out around cycle 10.
I enjoy it more as there are more viable build options on the lower cycles.

High health and a good healing prayer like Tengri's first (Tengri has natural synergy with dodge builds) means that even if the odd thing might shred you you can have reliable healing. Keeping various items with high resistances in your inventory ready to equip before entering places can help offset the damage against certain enemies too and is good practice in general. And of course just general enemy knowledge is key in this game, enemies that deal damage on attack, deal damage in area and/or have high accuracy can be problems for a dodge build.
